Project 365 Savvy Style

Do you ever feel like time is slipping away.
The Days, Weeks, Months and Years go by faster than EVER BEFORE.
Like you just can't capture all of the Amazing and Wonderful Events of your life.
That your kids are growing much too fast and you are just trying to etch every detail about them into your memory (which is gone now that you are a parent)?

Well that is how I feel.

So I decided to join the Project 365 Bandwagon.

But in a Savvy Unsophisticated kind of way (since I am just that).

For the Next Year Everyday I will take a picture, or 100 to be clear, that represents something special about that day.

Don't worry I will not share them all with you, but some I may and will.

Our year started with our annual New Years Dirt Bike Trip with friends who are family.
A tradition that I hope will continue for years to come.

And for years to come I am certain that this little boy will give his mama a heart attack because he has no fear, he is 100% boy, he is his fathers son, he is abnormally good at any and all physical activities and again he has no fear.

My least favorite part about vacation is the Laundry. This 6 day trip equaled 12 loads of laundry. And since we are on septic I can only do 4 loads a day so this loathed task will continue for 3 days.

Trying out the New Skates Santa brought was on the top of the to-do list.

The year has started with a New Book for my Bible Study. Oh how excited I am to read this. I need to read this for my kids sake. Sometimes I don't want to Shepherd their hearts, especially when they have crushed mine.

Anyway, there it is the first 5 days of 2011. I am anxious and excited about this project.

I look forward to watching my photography skills improve, well at least I hope they will. They better since Santa brought me a MacBook for Christmas because all I talked about for a year was iphoto. If they don't he might put me on the naughty list.

Oh man the pressure........

Smiles~

  2. Oh I've been dying to get A some skates. Wasn't sure if she'd use them, but of course she wants them now that she has friends with skates! I want to read that book too! Wishing I was available to join your Bible study. Good luck with 365....I tried it and lasted two weeks!
